- It is a great shame that this company refuses to reimburse the postage costs of an item when its online description was not detailed enough for me to be absolutely sure that it was what was needed. In my case, part of the internal operating mechanism was a different size and didn't fit my door, but there was no way I could know that from the description. The company says I should have contacted them to ask. However, I didn't realise it was a question that needed to be asked. I am now out of pocket. I will not use them again, although the quality of the product was excellent.
