- Fitted 4 of these in our Student let. Much easier and cheaper than fitting thumb turn lockable mortice locks. Took my time with the first one to get the hang of fitting, then rest were easy. Great product. Note that you will need a 25mm holesaw that can bore a 75mm deep hole in the edge of the door without grounding the drill on the edge of the door. Luckily I had a miniature chuck that I fitted to a standard drill gun, with the hole saw fitted into that to give the extra drillable depth.
